Calling all NINJA's . . .
Come test your strength and agility! Our gym will be set up as a ninja obstacle course. Our trained staff will instruct and guide you through the course.
Jam Hops is selling its current facility and moving to a new location on Highway 65 and 133rd Ave., Ham Lake, in the summer of 2017!

Join Jam Hops in donating to the food shelf! Jam Hops donated $1,200 to pay the January monthly mortgage for NACE. You can help out too by bringing non-perishable food items to Jam Hops and we will donate those items to NACE. If you bring in 10 items you will receive a FREE open gym pass!
Gabby is a junior at Spring Lake Park High school. She did gymnastics when she was younger and now her little sister attends Jam Hops classes. Gabby will be coaching for the Davinci program and Beginner gymnastics classes. When asked why she wants to coach Gabby said, "Because I like watching and helping people reach their goals." She also enjoys cheerleading and horseback riding. Gabby is excited to be part of the Jam Hops staff!
Mari is a Junior at Andover High School and was a former JO gymnast through level 4 from ages 4-9 here at Jam Hops. She will be coaching preschool Tots 1, 2 and 3 as well as Boys and Girls Beginner 1. Mari currently enjoys dancing and participating in clubs at school. She LOVES working with kids and thinks the atmosphere at Jam Hops is great!

Rachel has been coaching at Jam Hops since June 2016. She loves coaching because "I love seeing kids achieve their goals. I love watching them get stronger physically and mentally." She enjoys scrap-booking and napping when she can.
