Jam Hops is a children's recreational facility. We provide a variety of athletics, arts and educational programs for babies, toddlers, kids, tweens and teens, which are structured to "Inspire Kids to Become LIFE CHAMPIONS!"

We service families in Anoka-Hennepin and surrounding school districts.

Our Culture

Jam Hops prides itself in providing the highest quality instruction in gymnastics, ninja, dance, theater, and academic preschool. Our professional, enthusiastic team of caring individuals have training and accreditation in their various areas, as well as many who are SafeSport Certified, USAG Certified, Safety Certified, and CPR & First Aid Certified. Another thing our team utilizes is the Kidz of Karacter program. Each month we teach children valuable lessons about character that help them reach their full potential. We want to work with parents who value the idea that a true champion is built from effort and persistence. We look forward to sharing our talents with your kids.

Our Story

Jam Hops Gymnastics Factory was formed in 1997 with the merger of two gymnastics programs. Over the years, the business grew and then outgrew it's facility with new programs and students. In 2014, our programs were spread out among three different locations.

In 2017, we built and moved into our new 43,000 square foot mega-complex on the border of Blaine and Ham Lake, MN. Today we offer gymnastics, ninja, dance, theater, Alpha Athletes, academic preschool, day camps, birthday parties, activities and more at this location. As of 2023, we are in the process of expanding so we can accommodate more families and make more space for our programs!

In 2019, we opened our second location on the boarder of Anoka and Ramsey, MN for gymnastics and also built a theater to house Upstage Productions children's theater. Beginning in winter of 2023 we will be expanding in Ramsey and building a brand new facility!

As we grow, the purpose of our business is to positively impact our community and the families found within. We will continue to seek out ways to engage children in activities that aid in their overall development. Jam Hops also continues to assist parents with quality options for their children to participate in a fun, safe atmosphere.
