sibling incentive - 10% off for 2nd and 3rd child in same family
every student receives 40% off for every additional class of equal or lesser value
$30 credit for each child you refer to Jam Hops who registers

First month's payment and annual fee are due in full at the time of registration.  All classes are billed the first business day of each month.  If you would like to unenroll your child from class, it must be received before the first of the month.  Click here to unenroll your child.  Unenrollment requests received after the first business day of that month will not receive a refund. Your child will begin class immediately after enrollment.

Lost and Found

Please check with the Customer Care Desk if you have misplaced something, and we’ll check our Lost & Found for you.

Once a month, we donate any items that we have collected and have not been picked up. Please remember to make sure you bring home what you came with, every time you’re at Jam Hops!

RULES & POLICIES

  • A Customer Care Representative can let you know where your child should wait for class. No tumbling, running, or horseplay while waiting. Parents must supervise siblings in the waiting area and lobby for their safety.
  • For your children's safety, class lengths may be adjusted.
  • No gum or food is permitted in the gym area. 
  • Please send your child to class with a water bottle that has their name on it.
  • Children of all ages must wait inside the building until their ride arrives. Children should be picked up promptly after their class. 
  • If your child needs to leave class early, please speak to our Customer Care Representative or your child's coach.
  • Classes Missed:
    • ONE voucher may be issued for 30 min-90 min classes, twice per quarter; TWO vouchers may be issued for 120 min classes, twice per quarter.
    • Vouchers will expire 6 months after class has been missed. 

What to Wear
Gymnastics

  • Leotard/unitard or
  • Tucked in t-shirt, or tank top with athletic shorts or leggings

Freestyle Fusion (Ninja)

  • Tucked in t-shirt, or tank top with athletic shorts, sweatpants or leggings

Hair: Shoulder length and long hair must be secured up and away from the face.

Jewelry: Children are not permitted to wear jewelry other than post earrings.

Additional safety: No pockets, or zippers are preferred for coach/athlete safety and no jeans are permitted in class.

Socks and shoes will be removed before entering the gym floor.
