What We Offer

Jam Hops - Blaine/Ham Lake has both Recreational Gymnastics classes & Competitive Gymnastics programs.

 

Recreational Gymnastics:

  • Preschool Gymnastics: 
    • Baby Movers, Jammin' Movers, Jammin' Tots, Jammin' Kids 1, Jammin' Kids 2, Jammin' Kids 3, & Jammin' Kids 4
    • Ages 12 months - 7 years
  • Progressive Gymnastics - Girls' Events: 
    • Gym 1 - 6, League
    • Ages 5 - 18 years
    • Focus on developing skills for the following events: floor, beam, uneven bars & vault
  • Progressive Gymnastics - Boys' Events:
    •  Level 1-3, League
    • Ages 6 - 18 years
    • Focus on developing skills for the following events: pommel horse, rings, parallel bars, high bar, floor & vault


Competitive Gymnastics:

  • Women's Xcel Gymnastics Team
  • Women's Developmental Program Gymnastics Team
  • Men's Developmental Program Gymnastics Team

SPIRIT WEEK

One week of every month Jam Hops has Spirit Week for the Gymnastics and Ninja programs. Coaches and athletes may dress up to show off their Jam Hops spirit!

Please consider clothes that are easy to move in and allows the students to be active; you may want to wear gymnastics attire underneath. Let's see who can be the most creative!

Please save the date for our annual Spring Show. At our annual Spring Show, recreational gymnasts will showcase the skills they have learned along with a short routine for family and friends. All participants will receive a themed award.

ABOUT GYMNASTICS

We have gymnastics classes for babies, toddlers, kids, tweens and teens in Anoka-Hennepin and surrounding school districts.

Starting at the age of 12 months, kids can begin to develop body awareness, spatial awareness, coordination, fine and large motor skills, focus and teamwork, all while building their character with our Kidz of Karacter program. Our gymnastics programs are made for all ages and abilities in an atmosphere that’s engaging, encouraging, safe and fun!
