What is dance?

Dance is a physical expression of the mind. It allows children to safely explore boundaries, take risks, and challenge themselves to think in new ways. By challenging the mind and the body simultaneously, dance allows for children to broaden their mental development on  a whole new level. Dance incorporates problem solving, overcoming limitation, and teaches fast learning and comprehension skills. It explores structure and discipline while discovering the limitless possibilities of creative expression.

Jam Hops offers both recreational and competitive dance classes to meet the needs of all children.

Jam Hops' dance instructors are truly passionate about what they do.   They provide thorough and precise dance training through a nurturing perspective that allows for students to learn and grow with confidence and ultimately become their best selves. It is important to us that students grow in their dance training but also in their character. We take the time to get to know each student as a dancer and as a person so that we can offer them the best training possible.

We welcome you to come join our dance family!
