Kyle Pekula is our employee of the month for June. He was a competitive gymnast on the Jam Hops JO boys team for 10 years and started coaching here 5 years ago. Kyle is great at coaching any level of classes and is always willing to sub for other coaches. He is currently attending UW Stout to become a Chef. What Kyle likes best about coaching is helping kids be the best they can be and sharing his love for the sport. Kyle also enjoys cooking, wake boarding and camping. Congratulations Kyle!
Connor is a new gymnastics coach at Jam Hops and was on our JO boys competitive team for 9 years. He is very excited about giving back to the gym and to the sport of gymnastics. Connor will be a sophomore at Totino Grace High School where he plays baseball and football. He also enjoys many other athletics, fishing, four-wheeling, biking and being outdoors. We are so excited to have Connor back at Jam Hops!
Emma has been a gymnast at Jam Hops for 14 years and now she is going to work here - we are so excited to have her help with facilities and coaching camps. Emma was on the JO team here at Jam Hops and now is doing gymnastics at UW Stout at the college level. She is excited to work here to make extra money and meet new people. Emma also enjoys drawing, anything outdoors and hanging out with friends and family. Welcome Emma!
Lilly will be coaching gymnastics classes at Jam Hops. She is most excited about meeting new people and learning about the coaching side of gymnastics. She was a gymnast herself for about 7 years and Gymnastics Galaxy and Flyaways Gold. Lilly also enjoys reading, visiting friends and playing with her dog. Welcome Lilly!
Connor is excited to be a new Ninja Zone coach at Jam Hops! He is excited to work with our awesome Ninja equipment and is looking forward to getting to know the students here. He also loves challenging the kids and doing drills with them. Connor has coached Ninja at another gym and was also a youth wrestling coach a few years ago. Connor also enjoys hunting, fishing and being with family and friends. Welcome Connor!
Anaya will be coaching gymnastics classes. She is very excited to get back into the gymnastics and cheer field. Anaya is a freshman at Coon Rapids High School and enjoys playing basketball and volleyball and is also on the cheer team. She was also on a cheerleading team called the Spartans for 6 years. Welcome to Jam Hops Anaya!
Ashley will be a Ninja Zone coach at Jam Hops. She is excited that she gets to be active and be able to coach kids in a fun environment. Ashley is attending Anoka Ramsey Community College and plays on their softball team. Ashley was a gymnast herself at Gymnastics Galaxy for about 7 years. She also enjoys Crossfit. Welcome Ashley!
Carissa will be a gymnastics coach at Jam Hops and is very excited to meet new people and getting to teach little kids gymnastics. Some of Carissa's hobbies are gymnastics, ceramics, track and hanging out with friends. Carissa did gymnastics herself for 10 years at Jam Hops when she was very little at Jam Hops and a couple other gyms. We are very excited to have Carissa working with us!
Isaac is going to be coaching Ninja classes. He was in our recreational gymnastics classes when he was younger and currently his younger brother is in a gymnastics here. Isaac is excited about working with kids and having fun being active. He is currently a freshman at the PACT charter school in Ramsey. Isaac also plays soccer, goes fishing and goes on bike rides with friends. Welcome Isaac!
Jackie will be working as a Customer Care Rep. She has 2 kids and one of them is on the Xcel team and her son enjoys baseball. Jackie is excited to work around all the kids and with all the families. She also enjoys watching her kids activities and getting together with friends and family. Welcome Jackie!
Nicole will be working as a Customer Care Rep . She is excited to work with all the kids and families here. She has 5 kids and 2 of them are on the Xcel Gold team (they are twins!). Nicole also enjoys hanging out with family, watching her girls compete and walking her dogs. Welcome Nicole!
Maya has been dancing at Jam Hops for 12 years and is now going to also work here as a Cheer Coach. She is excited to work with kids. Maya also loves to play softball and all of her 4 sisters are also dancers at Jam Hops and her mom is a customer care rep. We love having family work here together. Welcome Maya!
Sydney will be coaching gymnastics at Jam Hops. She has been doing gymnastics for 13 years here herself and she is currently a level 8 JO gymnast. She is looking forward to sharing her knowledge of gymnastics with the kids. We are so excited to have Sydney coaching with us!

Qualified candidates should be 16 years old or older, like to have fun, have an endless amount of high energy, love being around and teaching children. This position would work approximately 5-10 hours per week.
Ninja Zone is a fusion of obstacle training, gymnastics, martial arts and freestyle movement. Experience in any of the above elements is beneficial but not a requirement. We would love to hire and train the right people.
