We are currently hiring for:


Qualified candidates should be 15 years old or older, like to have fun, have an endless amount of high energy, love being around and teaching children. This position would work approximately 5-10 hours per week.

Ninja Zone is a fusion of obstacle training, gymnastics, martial arts and freestyle movement. Experience in any of the above elements is beneficial but not a requirement. We would love to hire and train the right people.

  • Part-time and full-time opportunities available coaching various levels of gymnastics.  
  • Variety of day/evening and weekend hours based on need and availability.  Mostly in need of Friday/Saturday coaches.
  • Experience with coaching or involvement in gymnastics is preferred but not required.

Employee of the Month for August!

Brandi is Employee of the Month for August! She has been coaching gymnastics here for 3 years and was a gymnast here before that. Brandi likes knowing she is giving children a positive, happy place to be themselves to become successful. She also enjoys time in the sun and time with family. Congratulations Brandi!

Jill will be working at Jam Hops as an administrative assistant. Jill is excited to work with an upbeat staff and for a company that impacts kids and families in such a positive way. She has a daughter that is in the Xcel gymnastics program and a son in dance, so she has been part of Jam Hops as a family already. Jill has been an elementary school teacher and will continue to substitute teach for the Anoka Hennepin school district. She also enjoys spending time with family boating and playing games, exercising, and she is looking forward to taking tap dance lesson at Jam Hops. Welcome Jill!

Tammy will be working as a dance teacher at Jam Hops. She is excited about meeting new dance and gymnastics friends and teaching new students. She said, "I love kids". Tammy has been teaching dance and gymnastics for 25  years. She danced at various dance schools growing up and received a dance scholarship to Chapman University. She also owned her own dance studio in Montevideo for 10 years. Tammy also enjoys shopping and playing with her kids. Welcome Tammy!

Joanna will be a recreational gymnastics coach for all levels. She is new to coaching at Jam Hops, but was a coach at Gymnastics Galaxy for 7 years. She has a daughter currently on the JO level 3 gymnastics team and has another daughter that was a Jam Hops gymnast through level 9.  Joanna is looking forward to watching how excited kids get when they finally master a skill. She also enjoys camping, spending time with family and fishing. Welcome Joanna!

Anne will be working as a customer care representative. She is looking forward to meeting all the families and interacting with the kids. Anne has a daughter on the Gold Xcel team. She enjoys boating in her spare time. Welcome Anne!

Janele is excited to be a customer care representative at Jam Hops. She is excited about getting to know all the families and being somewhere that her middle child is so she can see her more. Janele is a mom of 3 that also works at Park Nicollet as well as a CMA. She is excited to be part of the Jam Hops family.  Welcome Janele!

Nicole will be working with us as a customer care representative. She is very excited to work at the same place that her daughter does gymnastics. Nicole has a background in Elementary Education and has 2 girls and 2 boys. She also enjoys running, playing board games and going on dates with her husband. Welcome Nicole!

Mario was in gymnastics a few years when he was little and now will be a Ninja Zone coach for us.  Mario is excited to work with the kids and become a better leader. His "favorite" sister Mari is already a gymnastics coach here so he is looking forward to working with her. He also enjoys playing and making music, video games, and long boarding with friends. Welcome Mario!

Lexi has been a gymnast at Jam Hops for 12 years and is on the JO women's team and now will be a gymnastics coach here. She is excited to help the kids learn the sport that she loves. She also enjoys babysitting in her spare time. Welcome Lexi!

Craig will be working as a facilities assistant at Jam Hops. He is excited about seeing the many smiling, happy children while he is working. He happens to be the spouse of our gym owner, Brenda Nolby! Craig also enjoys motorcycling, bicycling and target shooting and he welcomed 3 new grandchildren to their family this month. Welcome Craig!

Emily will be coaching gymnastics and is also a gymnast herself on the Xcel team and has been coming to Jam Hops for 11 years. She is very excited to watch gymnasts grow as not only gymnasts but people and help them along the way. Welcome Emily!

Connor is a new gymnastics coach at Jam Hops and was on our JO boys competitive team for 9 years. He is very excited about giving back to the gym and to the sport of gymnastics. Connor will be a sophomore at Totino Grace High School where he plays baseball and football. He also enjoys many other athletics, fishing, four-wheeling, biking and being outdoors. We are so excited to have Connor back at Jam Hops!

Dance Instructor

Jam Hops Dance Company is growing and looking for qualified candidates to join our staff! A part-time teaching opportunity is available for candidates who are 18 years old or older, have a passion for dance and love being around and teaching children!


Cheer Coach

We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic and loves working with children to be a part-time cheer coach for approximately 4-5 hours per week. You must be 18 years of age or older and have some cheer experience. Let us know if you are interested by filling out the application below.

Customer Care Representatives

  • Approximately 5-10 hours per week working at our Customer Service Office.  
  • Answering phones, helping customers with registration and a wide variety of other tasks.  
  • Must be available Friday evenings, Saturdays and Sundays and have a high school diploma.
  • If you are a positive, energetic person and LOVE helping people, then this is the position for you!! You do not have to have customer service experience.
