We have taken the idea of a traditional turkey trot and twisted it! We have created a high-energy freestyle competition that will focus on speed, skill, and style. So JOIN US for some guaranteed fun with lots of running, flipping, and twisting too!

Who:
Everyone age 5+ is welcome to participate. Adults are ABSOLUTELY welcome and encouraged to join the fun! Our competition format is designed to accommodate and reward many different movement styles. We want everyone to be able to participate, no matter your training background!

What:
Complete an obstacle challenge, demonstrate your skills, and test your speed at our EPIC, high-energy and low pressure competitions!

Participants will run 3 separate courses: 

1. Strength challenges: there will be set strength or mobility challenges to attempt; you will be scored based on whether or not you are able to complete them.
2. Style/parkour challenge: participants will be allotted 45 seconds to demonstrate as many different skills and combination flows as they can.
3. Speed course: hit the checkpoints and overcome the obstacles between the start and finish line as fast as you can!

Cost: $85/ per participant

Pre-registration is required to participate in this event.

Cost includes a unique competition tee, a day of incredible fun and friendly competition, and the opportunity to be declared the master of their movement style (winners take home an additional prize)!
