Gymnastics Classes at Jam Hops
Ages 18 months–18 years
Jam Hops is an activity center in Ramsey, MN that has gymnastics and theater for kids. Starting at the age of 18 months, kids can begin to develop body awareness, spatial awareness, coordination, fine and large motor skills, focus, and teamwork skills, all while building their character with our Kidz of Karacter program. Our Gymnastics programs are made for all ages and abilities in an atmosphere that’s engaging, encouraging, safe, and fun!
Open Gym at Jam Hops
Ages 5-18
Want to play on gymnastics equipment without the structure of a class? Kids ages 5-18 can visit Jam Hops for Open Gym weekly! Participants work on gymnastics, dance, and ninja skills, have fun with peers, and spend quality time in a safe, welcoming environment. Bring a friend, and meet new friends, too!
Open Gym at Adrenaline Sports Center
All ages
The new Adrenaline Sports Center features three 70′ x 170′ new turf fields as well as three 50′ x 75′ sport courts. All sports are now welcome! Adrenaline offers various memberships and open gym hours for all varieties of play and fitness levels.
Family Storytime at Rum River Library
Ages 2-5
Share books, songs, and rhymes with your children at this Storytime designed to promote school readiness in 2- to 5-year-olds. Librarians, caregivers, and children will sing, talk, read, write, and play together to build early literacy skills. Siblings are also welcome!

We are part of a multi-generational family farm working together to provide your family with great products and great family fun and adventures! Every September and October we are open in the barn and welcome you to join us for family friendly farm activities.
Family Fun at Game Fair

Game Fair is a sporting event for the entire family. Held out-of-doors on 80 beautiful acres of woods and water, the Game Fair has everything you need to celebrate the outdoors. This year's Game Fair will feature many favorite activities from years past as well as new exhibits, renovated grounds, and new dog events.

Play at Cloquet Overlook Park

Cloquet Overlook Park, on Dayton River Road, has walking trails, benches and picnic tables, grills, children’s playground equipment, and a viewing area overlooking the Mississippi River.
Play at Central Park – Ramsey, MN
All ages
This park is packed with year-round recreation opportunities. During the summer, pickleball, tennis and basketball courts, a batting cage, and baseball, soccer, and softball fields are available for leisure. Come fall, football is in full swing, and there are two field goalposts to practice your kicking. Central also has two outdoor skating rinks, a scenic pleasure path around the baseball fields, and a spacious, relaxing warming house.
Alpine Park Skate Park
Ages 5 +
Ramsey's first skate park, constructed in the summer of 2009 at Alpine Park, is open to all skaters, and bicyclists too! A recent addition to the concrete plaza includes a 16-foot two-tier grind rail.
Jam Hops is a children's recreational facility. We provide a variety of athletics, arts and educational programs for babies, toddlers, kids, tweens, teens, and soon adults, which are structured to "Inspire Kids to Become LIFE CHAMPIONS!"
