Gymnastics for Boys?

Yes! Gymnastics is for boys! It is a common misconception that gymnastics is a sport designed for girls and this could not be further from the truth. In fact, we firmly believe that every child should be enrolled in gymnastics, no matter their gender. It is a well-known fact that gymnasts are some of the strongest and most disciplined athletes. By enrolling your child you can expect your child to learn lifelong lessons.

WHAT CAN I EXPECT MY CHILD TO LEARN FROM GYMNASTICS?

We aim to not only teach basic, fundamental gymnastics but also to instill life skills. By helping each child experience success we build self-confident, productive children who will become life champions!

Other benefits:

  • Overall health, physical fitness, and strength building
  • Socialization
  • Teaches commitment and discipline
  • Focuses on developing motor skills, coordination and balance

WHAT SKILLS WILL THEY GAIN?

For all genders, gymnastics is the ideal foundational sport. Meaning that what they learn in this program will directly translate into making them stronger athletes for other sports.  They will learn to run, jump, balance, develop coordination and body awareness, become stronger, and be more flexible. All of which directly translate into almost any other sport they decide to pursue. These skills can also aid as the perfect way to cross train if they are already involved in other sports. Gymnastics can also help prevent injuries as part of gymnastics is learning to fall safely and be aware of your body at all times.
