CHEER CLASSES

Cheer classes are held at our Anoka/Ramsey location.

Students will work on stunt technique and form as well as practicing jumps, motions, dance, and basic floor tumbling skills! Children will wear masks during stunting and  also sanitize their hands before and after their stunting rotation. Strength and conditioning skills will help develop the strength and endurance needed to be able to achieve cheer skills. Children will progress in levels as they master all skills for their level.

Whether students are new to cheer or have been in cheer before, our class is a great way to improve skills and learn new skills!
