Our skill clinics are filled with learning and fun! At our skill clinics participants will learn through step-by-step progressions using the bars, floor, tumble track, and trampolines. This is a great opportunity for those of any level who want to learn or improve their gymnastics skills.

Come learn the steps to do flips! This clinic will focus on front and back tucks (flips). Our coaches will work with each child to ensure that they are challenged and have fun.
What skills will the participants work on? Students will work on progressions for front and back tucks. The progressions will range from basic skills of forward and backward rolls to the more advance skill of front and back tucks. Our coaches are trained to modify stations to challenge everyone and help them have fun!
Come learn the steps to do a Back Handspring and tumbling series. This clinic will focus on all parts of a back handspring as well as beginning steps for a roundoff back handspring. Our coaches want everyone to be challenged and have fun!
What skills will be worked on in this clinic? There will be 2 main skills: Round off and Back handspring. Both skills will be broken down into multiple progression to help students learn correct technique and to allow a better understanding of how the skills work.
This clinic will focus on all parts of an aerial, it is a great clinic for anyone that wants to work on achieving or improving their aerial.
What types of skills will the students work on? The students will work on the progressions of an aerial. These progressions range from the basic skills, such as cartwheels and kicks, to the more advance skills, such as aerials. Allowing the student to break down the skill and go through the progressions will help them isolate the area they need to work on to achieve an aerial.
Will the students be split into groups? We will split the students into groups based on their abilities. In the event that there are only a few participants in the clinic, there may only be 1 or 2 groups.
**All participants must have an online waiver completed by their parent/guardian as of September 1, 2021.
