Tuition/Policies

Cheer Rules & Policies

  • Please check in at the customer care desk before each class.
  • Please wait in the viewing area until signaled for class.  No tumbling, running or horseplay while waiting.  For the safety of all, parents must remain in the viewing area at all times unless assisted by Jam Hops staff. Parents must supervise siblings in the waiting area and lobby for their safety. 
  • Personal Dress:  Girls -  Athletic shorts, Jam Hops cheer hair bow, Jam Hops Cheer t-shirt tucked in, clean, dry athletic shoes.  Boys - shorts or sweatpants with Jam Hops Cheer t-shirt tucked in and clean dry tennis shoes.  Children are not allowed to wear jewelry other than post earrings.  Shoulder length and long hair must be secured up and away from the face.
  • No gum or food is permitted in the gym area.  Water bottles may be kept on the shelf by the  gym entrance.
  • Children of all ages must wait inside the building until their ride arrives.  Children should be picked up promptly after class. 
  • Missed Classes (school year):  A voucher to be used for free admittance in open gym or discounts to our events/activities (excluding birthday parties) may be issued for up to two missed classes per quarter (September-November, December-February, March-May)
  • Missed Classes (summer):  UNLIMITED VOUCHERS

Cheer Tuition: September 2021 - August 2022

Annual Family Fee (Prorated $3 each month)  $45 (Plus Tax - Sept-Aug)

Required cheer uniform

Girls: Jam Hops Cheer t-shirt and hair bow- $25.71 (tax included)

Boys: Jam Hops Cheer t-shirt- $15.00 (no tax)

**ALL STUDENTS WILL RECEIVE A 40% DISCOUNT OFF EVERY ADDITIONAL CLASS FROM ANY PROGRAM (of lesser value).

First months payment, uniform fee and annual member fee are due in full at the time of registration.  All classes are billed the first business day of each month.  If you would like to drop your child from class, it must be received in writing before the next billing day.  Requests received after the first business day of that month will not receive a refund.
