What is The Ultimate Ninja Show?

At the annual Ultimate Ninja Show, participants will showcase the skills they have been working so hard on. All children will receive a themed award to recognize their amazing talents. This is a great opportunity to have family and friends join together to celebrate the hard work of their ninjas.

What is the UNS Show?
At our annual Ultimate Ninja Show (UNS), participants will showcase the skills they have learned for family or friends along with a mission ceremony that will be held to honor those ninjas who have moved up levels. All ninjas will receive an award and a gift.

Who participates? 
All ninjas ages 3 and up who are enrolled in a class as of July 31 will be automatically enrolled and billed August 1 for the show. 
 

What if we cannot attend the Show?
That’s ok! If your child is unable to attend, items will be available for pick up at the Customer Care Desk for 2 weeks following the UNS.

How much does it cost to participate in the Show?
All ninjas enrolled as of July 31 will have a $20 fee added to their account. This fee covers the time in the gym, the awards for each child, and the athlete's gift. 

Can you opt out? And how do you do that?
You can opt out! If you choose not to have your child participate, then you must call and have a Customer Care Representative un-enroll your child from the show from now until July 31. Anyone who does not un-enroll by July 31 from the show will be charged on their August account and will not be refunded.

When is the deadline for new students to be a part of the show?
Sunday, August 13.

How do I get my child’s items?
You can pick up your child’s gifts and other items when you check in the day of the show. If you are unable to attend the show, items can be picked up the following 2 weeks at the Customer Care Desk.

Will I be able to order an Ultimate Ninja Show T-shirt?
We will not be offering T-shirt sales this year.

How early do I need to arrive before my session?
You should arrive no more than 15 minutes early. Coming to your session too early creates a “traffic jam” of people as the previous session is trying to leave.  

How long will the show last?
Each session will last about 75 minutes.

What should my child wear?
Dress as they would for class. 

• Your ninja can wear any athletic clothing
• No pockets or zippers are preferred for their safety
• Socks and shoes will be removed before entering the gym floor

How do I know what day and session my child is in?
Starting June 15, you will have a chance to sign up for a time slot that works best for you! The deadline to sign up for your preferred time will be August 15. All sign up spots will be first come, first serve. All levels of ninjas will be combined into one session, and divided up accordingly at the show. (More time options may become available as sessions fill).

Can I take pictures and/or video?
Absolutely! We just ask that you do not use your flash. Please share any videos or photos you may have to our social media pages.  

How much is admission for family and friends?
FREE! There is no admission fee for family, friends, and spectators.

Is there anything for sale at the UNS?
YES! We will have sucker grams/shout outs with encouraging notes and other items available to purchase for your ninjas at the show.
