With six central programs, and two locations, Jam Hops is the perfect fit for all families in the North Metro area and beyond.  

Gymnastics 
Families who walk into our gymnastics program can expect an easygoing environment that allows their child to progress at their own pace. We offer recreational classes for both school-aged and preschool-aged children, as well as competitive gymnastics at Jam Hops – Blaine/Ham Lake & Anoka/Ramsey. Recreational gymnastics classes are for ages 12 months – 18 years, while competitive teams are invite only.

Dance 
Families who walk into our dance program can expect instructors who are passionate about the sport of dance and who utilize a fun and nurturing learning environment. Our dance program is located at Jam Hops – Blaine/Ham Lake. Like our gymnastics program, we have both recreational classes and competitive dance teams. Dance classes are for ages 2 – 18 years.

JH XSports 
Families who walk into our JH XSports program can expect high energy instruction and safe, age-appropriate challenges that help channel chaos into creativity. This extreme sports program includes ninja obstacle courses, parkour, tricking, and more! Initially inclusive to Jam Hops - Blaine/Ham Lake this program will be added to Jam Hops – Anoka/Ramsey starting summer 2024! Children as young as 18 months, all the way up to adults, can participate in this program.

Leap-N-Learn Academic Preschool 
Families who walk into our Leap-N-Learn Academic Preschool can expect to receive quality pre-kindergarten education, along with enriching activities and fun, safe active time in our state-of-the-art Gymnastics/Ninja facility. This program is expertly tailored by our experienced teachers to prepare children ages 3-5 for kindergarten. Our school is located within Jam Hops – Blaine/Ham Lake.

Theater 
Families who walk into our theater program can expect enthusiastic, high-quality directing, with small program numbers that create a quality learning environment. Currently we produce four shows per year, with rehearsals and shows held within Jam Hops – Anoka/Ramsey. Children ages 8-17 have the opportunity to participate in one, or all our shows! Registration for this program fills up quickly, so be sure to plan ahead.

Alpha Athletes 
Families who walk into our Alpha Athletes program can expect to work with caring, patient individuals who possess adapted skills, have access to specialized equipment, and who know what it means to create opportunity for everyone who wants to be in athletics. We currently have Alpha Athletes classes within our Jam Hops – Blaine/Ham Lake Gymnastics, Dance, and JH XSports programs. These adapted classes are for kids ages 4-18.
